After months of dry, hot weather, it was so nice to have 4 days of rain. And it made me so happy to get some dewdrop photos again...one of my favorite things to photograph in nature. This flower is

Crocosmia-lucifer. A favorite, delicate perennial.

Finally some dewdrops!

After many weeks of DRY weather, we had some rain and snow to give the earth a nice drink!! And I got to make some dewdrop photos this morning after 24 hours of moisuture. My favorite thing in the Spring. Enjoy!

Favorite Season

Finally saw some moisture here in Boulder and allowed some dewdrop photos to be made this morning. My favorite time of year! Happy Spring!

Another Perspective-Dewdrops

On the way out the door, on a dewy morning after a gentle rain overnight,( my favorite kind) my 8 year old saw these droplets right outside the door on our 9 foot tall grass. I have never noticed this before and made these photos of it. I have also realized I have been photographing dewdrops on and off for the last 15 years!!
