Family Portrait





Met this lovely family today. Donated my session fee to the Orient Land Trust auction. It helped to raise money for the area of Valley View Hot Sprins which is an amazing place. A local woman from Crestone bought it and gave it to her sister, who's family we photographed today.

Another Perspective-Dewdrops






On the way out the door, on a dewy morning after a gentle rain overnight,( my favorite kind) my 8 year old saw these droplets right outside the door on our 9 foot tall grass. I have never noticed this before and made these photos of it. I have also realized I have been photographing dewdrops on and off for the last 15 years!!

Open Studios Begins




We had a great first night at the library Friday for Open Studios where all artists in Open Studios showed one piece of work at the Boulder Public Library. My Jewel Drop piece is hanging in the library, the image on the top of this blog!
We will be in the studio the 3rd, 9th and 10th from 12-6. Hope you can come by and see us, Studio 82.
