Praying Mantis

While watering my garden tonight, I spotted a praying mantis on my Veronica plant.
Wow. I just love these creatures. Feels like a special treat to see one! And she let me take her photo :)

Colorado Mountain Ranch Camp 2012

Colorado Mountain Ranch is the quintessential western camp in Gold Hill, Colorado. I had the privilege of photographing a few days during the camp last week of the kids doing all the wonderful activities. It's a feel good environment in the foothills outside of Boulder. Thanks to Lynn Walker
